Well today marks the last for my bad eating habits, starting tomorrow I start healthy eating with my regular exercising on daily basis, gotta cut down on the weight and be back in the good shape by january to start the year of right. I mean I the way I see it like any other obstacle its mind over matter. I don’t need the fast food or anything fancy to drink, a water bottle and a fruit would do just fine..especially when I get the munchies after a sesh,all I gotta do is trick my mind, I mean when you got the munchies people be eating crazy shit (m&ms with mayo???)Eww, so that shouldn’t be hard and double up on my workout to keep my strength while cutting down weight. As long as you set your mind to it anything literally is possible well with that said, I’m going to say farewell to fast food and junk food and thello to a better me
today is thanksgiving its been a great day i hung out two amazing people cudder and drizze drea and we celebrated thanksgiving the right way haha what an amazing day so far now its time to go spend time with fams and eat up!!!! Happy Thanksgiving everyone :)
Now I wonder if I’ll live to see marriage, wonder if I’ll live long enough to have kids, wonder if I’ll live to see my kids have kids, if I do I’m a tell em how it is. So go on and listen when they tell that these are your best years, don’t let anyone protect your ears, it’s best that you hear what they don’t want you to hear, it’s better to have pressure from peers then not have peers. Beer won’t give you chest hair, spicy food won’t make it curl, when you think you got it all figured out and then everything collapses, trust me kid it’s not the end of the world.
